deciding which dollies they'll take into the forest

oscillating hoe / hula hoe / stirrup hoe... whatever you want to call it ~ it's my favorite weeding tool. It's not great on compacted dirt, but once it's loosened up a bit, it's easy and zippy! The more you use it, the easier it is to use, because the dirt stays lose. (this one's from Hoss)

Mbombo bean seeds, planted! notes for next year: ~planted under hydroponic cups to keep the ducks from eating/trampling them.  ~thickly mulched with bunny droppings and grass clippings to keep them from drying out in 80-90° weather

--Where were you playing? --In the cemetery catching fireflies and playing with callicos
